Refund Policy
At Skelefilmz, we take pride in delivering high-quality photo and video services and building lasting relationships with our clients. We want every experience to be positive so that you’ll feel confident coming back to work with us again. We also understand that emergencies can happen, and we aim to handle every situation fairly and with understanding.

Because each project involves time, preparation, and creative work, our refund policy is as follows:

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit covers pre-production planning, scheduling, and reserving your date.

Cancellations

Client cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot may be eligible to transfer the deposit to a future booking.

Last-minute cancellations (within 14 days): Deposits are non-refundable, and any refund or credit will be at the discretion of Skelefilmz. Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed.

While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, late notice (less than 5 days before your shoot) may affect your eligibility for a refund or reschedule since that time is reserved exclusively for your project.

Refunds
Since our services are custom and creative, completed work and delivered content are non-refundable. However, if you believe there was an issue with the final product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll review the concern to find a fair solution.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 5 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

Cancellations by Skelefilmz
In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made, or we’ll offer to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
