Welcome to Skelefilmz. By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure clarity and fairness for both our team and our clients.

Bookings & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Bookings are not considered final until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled: Cancellations made at least 14 days before your scheduled shoot may be eligible for a deposit transfer to a future date. Last-minute cancellations (within 14 days) are not guaranteed refunds, any return or credit will be at the discretion of Skelefilmz. If you notify us less than 5 days before your scheduled shoot, your eligibility for a refund or reschedule may be affected. Completed work and delivered content are non-refundable. Skelefilmz reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 5 days’ notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date based on availability.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, being prepared, and ensuring all necessary permissions or location access are secured. Delays caused by the client may result in reduced shooting time without refund.

Delivery of Work
Editing and delivery times may vary depending on project size and scope. Skelefilmz will provide an estimated delivery timeline after the shoot. All content will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed upon.

Creative Rights
Skelefilmz retains the creative rights to all photos and videos produced. This includes editing style, color grading, and composition. Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences before the shoot, but the final creative direction is at the discretion of Skelefilmz.

Usage Rights
Upon final payment, clients receive personal and/or promotional usage rights to the delivered content, depending on the project. Skelefilmz retains the right to use photos and videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure a smooth experience, Skelefilmz is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment failure, or location restrictions that are beyond our control.

Agreement
By booking with Skelefilmz, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
